SIMPSON.- (Galashiels) Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on Tuesday 24th January 2017, James Gillespie, aged 91, beloved husband of the late Edna May and Hildegard Forsyth, much loved dad of James and the late Carolyn, loving papa of Andrew, Fiona, Steven and Bryan and great papa of Ewan, Lucy, Lauren, Ruan and Lexi. A service will be held on Friday 10th February at Trinity Church, Galashiels at 10.15 am thereafter interment at Heatheryett Cemetery at 11.00 am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.
