A GALASHIELS double act who became an internet hit with its own video versions of songs by The Proclaimers has done it again.

Michael Dobson and Greig Rutherford, both 27, attracted more than 10,000 views within days of posting thier spoof songs on video-sharing website YouTube.

Their version of Letter from America was entitled Brochure from the Matalan and was a tribute to their home town in the Scottish Borders.

In the clips, the duo don matching rugby tops to visit the town where they grew up and sing their own lyrics.

Now they have returned under the name Vir Per Ovis with a song called Galy People, a reworked - and hilarious - version of Pulp's Common People, which also pokes fun at near neighbours Hawick.
