Police issue fresh appeal to find missing Galashiels postman

THE family and friends of a man reported missing in the Borders sparking a full-scale land and air search and rescue operation have this week issued an emotional appeal for him to come home.

Galashiels businesswoman owes £1800 in parking fines

A 34-YEAR-OLD woman who amassed more than £1800 worth of parking tickets over the past four years has been ordered to attend court every month until they are repaid.
