Gary Hattie from the Borders branch of Parkinson’s UK said: “This concert will bring down the curtain on Parkinson’s Awareness Week in the Borders.

"The Parkinson’s UK Borders branch will be out and about raising funds and awareness all week but we are delighted that the boys from Scocha are putting on this fantastic gig for us.

"They have been long-time supporters of our branch but this show will be the biggest thing they’ve done for us.

"The band hasn’t appeared in Galashiels for some time so tickets are sure to go fast.

"We really appreciate Scocha’s support and it promises to be a great night so best get a move on and get your tickets while there’s still some left!”

The Volunteer Hall show on Saturday, April 15 starts at 7.30pm and tickets, priced at £15 and are now on sale from Guess What? in Galashiels, Colin Turnbull Cobblers in Selkirk, the BGH Day Hospital in Melrose and online at www.thelittleboxoffice.com/borderevents/event/view/58216
