Langlee Primary School choir had a busy December performing throughtout Galashiels over the Christmas period.
The choir is made up of 20 pupils from primary four to seven who love to sing.
At the beginning of the month they performed to a crowd of around 500, along with other primary schools in the area, at the 'Sing a Song for Christmas' concert Old Parish and St Paul's Church in Galashiels.
The following week they had the privilege of opening all the performances of their school concert, A Magical Christmas Jigsaw.
They performed to an appreciative audience at the Focus Centre in Galashiels during a concert given by Langlee Community Choir. Lucy Corbett in Primary 3, who is a year too young for the choir, also delighted the audience with a solo of Tomorrow from Annie.
The icing on the cake for the choir was a more intimate gig singing to the residents of Waverley Home in Scott Park on invitation. Residents sang along to some of the more familiar carols and enjoyed listening to the children sing some less well known songs.
They rounded off the year by singing at the end of term service at St. John's Church, a delightful Christmas season of song.
