Two cars collided at around 7.40am on the A7 near Selkirk.
TWO cars collided on the A7 near the Shell Garage in Selkirk this morning.
At around 7.40am, the two vehicles - a Ford Fiesta and a Vauxhall Corsa - collided at the crossroads next to the garage, on the outskirts of the town.
Traffic was backed up through Selkirk and on the Hawick road on the approach to the crossroads.
An ambulance was called but no one sustained any serious injuries.
At around 9.10am, the two cars were moved off the road and traffic began to ease again.
