20-year-old faces child porn charge
A HAWICK man has appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court charged with the possession of indecent photographs of children.
Sean Ward is accused of committing the offence at a house in Hawick last May.
The 20-year-old made no plea or declaration during a brief hearing and the case was continued for further examination.
Ward was granted bail by Sheriff Peter Paterson.
