McBride appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court
A 30-year-old Stow man has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court on a drug-dealing charge.
Gary McBride is accused of being concerned in the supply of heroin in Galashiels last June.
He made no plea or declaration and the case was continued for further examination.
McBride was granted bail by Sheriff Kevin Drummond.
