CARELESS driving on the A703 road near Leadburn cost an Innerleithen motorist £280 and his licence endorsed with six penalty points.
Graeme White, 37, of Plora Avenue, pleaded guilty to overtaking while approaching a blind right hand crest on the road on September 15 when he had no view of the oncoming traffic.
