Selkirk Sheriff Court
A 34-year-old man will stand trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of having indecent photographs of children.
Andrew Devine also pleaded not guilty to taking or permitting to be taken indecent photos of children.
The offences are alleged to have been committed at a house in Gattonside near Melrose between April 2013 and September 2016.
Devine faces a third charge of being in possession of extreme porn images.
An intermediate diet will be held on July 31 with an intermediate hearing on August 21.
