POLICE in the Borders have launched an appeal for information relating to an alleged assault in Kelso.
The incident is believed to have taken place at 11.35pm on Sunday, July 16, outside of the Black Swan public house on the Horsemarket in Kelso, whereby a 44-year-old woman was pushed to the ground by a man.
The woman did not sustain any injury from the assault, however a number of persons may have witnessed this incident taking place and Police are appealing for anyone with further information to get in touch.
