AN INVESTIGATION has launched after a 63-year-old cyclist collided with a van.
The incident occurred around 8.50am on Friday, July 21, on Peebles High Street when a male cyclist was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen Caddy.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “The 63-year-old sustained a hip injury and was taken to Borders General Hospital for treatment.
“Inquiries are currently ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact officers at Peebles Police Station on 101, quoting incident number 0785 of July 21.”
