A SEX offender from Hawick has admitted breaching his Community Pay Back Order by accessing the Internet through his mobile phone.
Ashley Bell did not have permission to go online through his mobile, Jedburgh Sheriff Court was told, as part of a previous sentence.
The 33-year-old was given a three year Community Pay Back Order with supervision back in 2015 after pleading guilty to sending messages of a sexual nature to a 14-year-old girl on Facebook.
Sheriff Kevin Drummond deferred sentence until September 19 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report.
