Mackenzie and Brown were refused bail
A MAN and a woman have been remanded in custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court after being accused of assaulting a woman and robbing her.
Logan Mackenzie, who is 34, and 22-year-old Charley Brown, both from Galashiels, also face a charge of theft.
They made no plea during a private hearing and the case was continued for further examination.
Bail was refused and the pair were remanded in custody by Sheriff derrick McIntyre.
