A JEDBURGH man who admitted breaching his bail conditions has been jailed for 120 days at the town's sheriff court.
Forty-two-year-old Alexander Wood of Castlegate, had been banned from contacting his partner until he is sentenced later in the month for a domestic-related matter.
But the court heard he telephoned the police from her home in Grieve Avenue, Jedburgh, yesterday (Thursday) and was later arrested before appearing in court from custody.
