Borders woman accused of breaking into neighbour's flat and stealing TV set
A woman has been accused of breaking into a neighbour's flat and stealing a television set.
Donna Marie Baxter, 44,formerly of Talisman Avenue in Galashiels, denies the offence which is said to have happened on September 19 last year.
A trial date has been set for Selkirk Sheriff Court on November 7 for Baxter who now resides at Maxmill Park in Kelso.
