Anderson was employed as office manager in Selkirk
AN office manager has been found guilty of an embezzlement charge following a trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Robin Anderson of Birgham had denied embezzling £2,168 while employed at Elliot Henderson & Sons in Selkirk.
The embezzled sum related to wages that Anderson was paid which he claimed he was entitled to.
The offence was committed between October 2015 and July 2016.
He was fined £300 following the trial.
