Galashiels man's private appearance to face domestic assault charge
A GALASHIELS man has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of assaulting a woman to her severe injury.
Paolo Crolla is charged in connection with the domestic-related incident which is alleged to have happened at the weekend.
The 38-year-old made no plea and the case was continued for further examination.
Crolla was released on bail by Sheriff Derrick McIntyre.
