A HAWICK man has been remanded in custody over the weekend after admitting breaching his night time curfew.
Twenty one year old Christopher Rodgers appeared from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court and pleaded guilty to being in Burnfoot Road in Hawick on Wednesday at 10pm when he should have been in his Eildon Road home.
Rodgers also admitted assaulting a police officer in Duke Street, Hawick, on December 17, and struggling with two constables.
He will appear again at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on Monday when he has other matters calling.
