Hawick man admits head-butting two police officers
A 34-year-old man who admitted headbutting two police officers will be sentenced next month at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Stephen Milliken was being picked up on a non-appearance court warrant at a house in Jedburgh on December 6 when he assaulted a police constable by head-butting him to his injury.
He then later on head-butted another officer on the head and body at Galashiels Police Station.
Milliken, now living at High Street, Hawick, had sentence deferred until March 19 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
