Unpaid work for Gala man who threatened to burn down a house
A Galashiels man who threatened to burn down a house has been ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Jamie West, of Beech Avenue, admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at Mainside Farm, Hownam, on September 15.
The 32-year-old was given a four month Community Pay Back Order.
