ARCHIBALD Donaldson will stand trial on April 19 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on seven motoring charges.
The 54-year-old of Blair Avenue, Jedburgh, denies dangerous driving and losing concentration by falling asleep or another unknown reason and swerving into the opposite lane of the carriageway on November 7.
He also pleaded not guilty to driving a car away without the consent of the owner, no insurance or relevant licence.
Donaldson also pleaded not guilty to other motoring offences on October 8.
An intermediate hearing has been fixed for April 17.
