GARY Cunningham is this year’s Piper Cup winner in the Galashiels and District Domino League.
The 54-year-old Niki’s captain chalked up 19 victories over the league campaign to lift the coveted trophy.
An emotional Gary said: “It was on my bucket list so I am delighted I have eventually managed to win it.
“There are a lot of famous names on this trophy so I’m really pleased to be joining them.”
He was presented with his trophy at the final of the Knock Out Cup which was staged at the Ladhope Inn on Thursday evening.
The tournament was won by Niki’s Numpties who defeated the Gluepot 5-3 in the final.
The Gluepot was also presented with the trophy for winning the league title.
