HOME BARGAINS will officially open its new Galashiels store in July.
Last year rumours began to circulate that the company’s Channel Street store was set to move into the former B&M unit in Stirling Street.
But while bosses from TJ Morris – the firm which owns the discount brand – were tight-lipped, they submitted a planning application for new signage to be erected.
The planning application was approved and the new store will open to the public on Saturday, July 7.
