A 60-year-old woman has been accused of stalking her former partner.
Anita Guy pleaded not guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to engaging in a course of conduct likely to cause Pauline Giles fear or alarm in that she sent her numerous text messages, written letters, emails, Facebook messages and phone calls which were of an abusive and threatening nature.
The offence is alleged to have taken place at a house in Langlands Place, Newtown St Boswells, between March 10 and May 10.
A trial date has been set for August 30 with an intermediate hearing on July 30.
Guy of Syme Place, Rosyth, was released on bail with special conditions including not to enter the Scottish Borders unless on court business.
