Estranged wife is banned from Peebles
A 47-year-old woman has been banned from entering Peebles until the outcome of her trial.
Lisa Gray appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and denied assaulting her estranged husband at a house in Connor Street, Peebles, on Saturday.
She also denies threatening or abusive behaviour and breaching a court order by entering the house in Connor Street and contacting her estranged husband.
Gray of Woodhead Avenue, Bothwell, had a trial date fixed for October 25 with an intermediate hearing on September 27.
Sheriff Peter Paterson released Gray on bail with the special condition not to enter Peebles.
