The trial of a Hawick teenager accused of sexually assaulting four young females with a pool cue has been continued until August 22 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Evidence was led against the 17-year-old - who cannot be named for legal reasons.
He is charged with striking the girls between the legs with the pool cue.
He also faces a fifth charge of assaulting a 14-year-old by grabbing her around the neck in a headlock and pulling her onto his bed.
All the offences are alleged to have been committed at a house in the Burnfoot area of Hawick between June 1 and November 11.
The teenager denies all to all five charges.
