THREE people have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal following a spate of housebreakings in the Borders.
A 24-year-old woman, a 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old man have been charged with housebreakings at three properties in East Linton, one property in Dunbar, and three properties in Cockburnspath.
Sergeant Gordon Millar said: “I would encourage anyone who witnesses suspicious activity around East Lothian and the Borders to contact Police immediately.” Members of the public can report any suspicious activity on 101 or alternatively, the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
