POLICE in the Scottish Borders have arrested and charged a 29-year-old man after supply amounts of heroin and diazepam were discovered at an address in Galashiels.
The drugs, with a potential street value of £1950, were found following a search of the address in Glendinning Terrace on Saturday, July 30.
He will appear in court at a later date.
