Galashiels Academy’s English department recently held their own vote following a Referendum Debate.
The Ayes had it, with a narrow majority of four votes.
Although the speakers were all boys - Kai Roy, Ellis Hall, Luke Starrs and Sean Rowley (pictured) - they were kept firmly in line by chair, Lucy Henderson.
