POLICE in Hawick are appealing for information after the theft of two pedal cycles from a garage in the Longhope Drive area at the weekend.
The bicycles were stolen at some point between 10.30am on Saturday, November 18 and 10.30am on Sunday, November 19.
Officers are now seeking any information that can assist them with their inquiries.
Constable Scott McDonald said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area of Longhope Drive at the weekend.
“I would also like to remind all residents to be especially vigilant about their property, keeping their premises properly locked and secured at all times.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Hawick Police Station on 101 quoting incident number 1496 of November 19.
