DETAILED plans for a holiday development near Jedburgh have been unveiled.
Businessman Javid Ashraf already has Planning Permission in Principle for the 15-chalet development at Glen Douglas.
Accompanying the outline permission from 2012 was the requirement for detailed timescales to be agreed as well as landscaping and access vision requirements.
Mr Ashraf has this week submitted a three-phase schedule for developing the 1.12 hectare site.
The initial phase of works would involve the construction of an entrance road, the erection of a manager’s office and five wooden chalets.
A second phase of six central chalets would be followed by four chalets at the northern end of the site.
The frsh application will be considered by Scottish Borders Council over the coming weeks.
