Thieves strike in Galashiels

A TELEVISION and hair straighteners were stolen after thieves broke in to a house in Hawthorn Road, Galashiels, sometime overnight on Sunday, October 14.
Elsewhere, in a separate incident, lager and soft drinks worth £30 were stolen after a shed in Wiltonhill Terrace, Hawick, was also targeted in the same night.
Police have appealed for information.
