LOCAL telecommunications business QubeGB has won a prestigious Global Business Excellence award for their work.
QubeGB, which boasts 39 offices across the UK and has its headquarters and call centre in Galashiels, received the prize for Outstanding Fast Growth Business. The Global Business Excellence Awards aim to recognise and reward business excellence across all sectors private, public and charity worldwide. Darren Bunker Chief Executive of QubeGB said: "QubeGB have worked very hard in the past few years to grow the company by focusing on customer service and quality making sure that we deliver the highest standards to our customers. "This has allowed the company to grow even in the current difficult trading conditions. Central to this is the achievement of the QubeGB team.
"The Global Business Excellence Award is testament to this success and we are delighted to have been given this prestigious award."
QubeGB also recently celebrated last year's growth figures with the QubeGB team at a staff award ceremony at Cardrona Hotel near Peebles which was attended by employees across the UK.
