A TWEEDBANK businessman has been allowed to tee off his plans to create a virtual golf centre in central Galashiels.
Tom Gilhooley has been given permission to transform a former first-floor bookmakers in Channel Street with simulation golf lanes and a cafe.
The former Ladbrokes offices have been empty since 2009.
Work is expected to start within the next few weeks.
