A 36-YEAR-OLD woman has admitted threatening to kill her father and his partner before turning a gun on herself, Selkirk Sheriff Court was told.
Nicola Brims pleaded guilty to making the threats to a social worker and a nurse on December 17 and 24. They were so concerned that they alerted the police.
Her lawyer said Brims from Galashiels was going through a stressful time when she made the threats and was now in a better place.
Sheriff Peter Paterson deferred sentence until July 6 when Brims has other matters calling.
