"The Borders Party wants us to return to Year Zero. Little wonder our young people are leaving in such numbers and we can't secure any major investment. They are the Borders equivalent of the Khmer Rouge, except with plus fours and deer stalker hats. Let the Borders grow, and not become a museum."
