The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:
"It is not only with domestic users that Scottish Gas has failed to properly invoice gas. Gala Day Services, of Low Buckholmside, Galashiels,(a registered Scottish Charity) has not been invoiced for gas supplied for some three years. This apparently stems from Scottish Gas having an incorrect record of our functioning gas meter with the result we only get invoiced for the monthly Gas Standing Charge. Continuing requests to Scottish Gas to regularise the position have so far fallen on deaf ears. HarryPinnock Chair, Gala Day Services "
