THREE players from the Gala Fairydean Rovers Youths Under 14s squad spent the fortnight-long Easter school holidays at the Rangers FC Academy based at Auchenhowie.
Jamie Whitehead, Faustas Juodeikis and Keiran Clark performed well under the watchful eye of the Rangers coaches.
It is another example of the close relationship the two clubs have enjoyed in recent months.
Gala Fairydean Rovers FC chairman Kevin Temple, who is also an under 14s coach, said: "The boys integrated themselves well into the day and evening training sessions and showed they were as good as anyone.
"Now that we have this tie-in, there will be opportunities for players from all age groups including grass roots level to go
through to Glasgow and show what they can do and hopefully progress to the top level.
"The feedback from Rangers about our players was very good and it cements the relationship we have with them."
Rangers will be holding another coaching training workshop in partnership with Gala Fairydean Rovers FC at the 3G Arena on Wednesday, May 4.
