THOSE fundraising mums from Selkirk are back with another heart-pumping hill race.

Now into its seventh year the Philiphaugh Hill Run has raised thousands for local projects and mountain rescue groups.

This year's race takes place on Sunday, August 7.

And yet again there will be a choice of two routes - seven miles and three miles - with walkers made as welcome as the runners.

Registration at Selkirk rugby club from 9.30am with both races starting at 11am from Corbie Lynn.

Pre race day entries £5 and £8 on the day (kids £5) with medals and goody bags for all finishers.

Money raised from this year's race will benefit the Selkirk Play Park Project.
