MELROSE Storm capped off another memorable campaign on Saturday by lifting the BT Reserve National One trophy.
And, remarkably, they remained unbeaten throughout.
Captain Callum Wilde collected the trophy from the SRU's George Clark at The Greenyards.
Coach Alec Clark has guided the squad, which is a blend of improving youngsters and a few old heads, to retain the title yet again.
And they bettered last year's campaign, which saw them lose just three matches, by winning every match except one, which ended in a draw.
Clark said: “There is quite a mix in the team from club stalwarts to players looking to push on into the first XV and teenagers who are coming through from the youth section, but they all come together really well and work hard."
