Jefferies returns to Borders

KILMARNOCK manager Jim Jefferies, from Lauder, has quit Rugby Park after eight years.

He was the longest serving manager in the Scottish Premier League and was tipped to become the new Scotland manager before Craig Leiven was appointed earlier this month.
