Gala Rovers hope to plug leaks with new sponsorship deal

GALA Rovers hope that their new strip sponsor will prevent any more leaks in defence.
Local firm John Scott Plumbing and Heating have stepped in with strip sponsorship of the Border Amateur Division A title contenders.
Stephen Dobson from the Bank Street-based company was joined by former Scotland captain John Collins to hand over the new kit.
Dobson told us: "We are delighted to sponsor Gala Rovers and we hope to see them wearing the new strips all the way to winning the league this year.
Defender Scott Mackenzie collected the new kit at last week's hand over. Mackenzie said: "We are very fortunate to have such good supporters as John Scott Plumbing and Heating."
