COLDSTREAM will advertise for a new manager over the coming weeks following the departure of Stevie Gibbard.
Dressing room rows had led the former striker from Northumberland to stand down last Thursday.
Player/coach Phil Johnston and club veteran Alan Wilson will take temporary charge of the team until the end of the season.
Johnston said: “It was unfortunate that Steve Gibbad left but we just have to get on with things. We have a good squad of players and plenty to play for until the end of the season.
“The club will advertise for a new manager later this month with a view to bringing them in at the end of the season.” Although Coldstream have yet to make any announcement it is believed they wil apply to become members of the Lowland League during the summer.
