Gala Fairydean Rovers' Under 16s players and coaches
THERE was time for celebration on Friday evening as the Gala Fairydean Rovers youngsters who recently won the League Cup in Bonnyrigg paraded the trophy in front of a large crowd.
The club’s Under 16s Colts, who are coached by Stewart Robertson, Fraser Brown and Mike Third, won a thrilling final against Gorebridge.
It took a penalty save from Max Logan and an extra time winner for the trophy to return to Netherdale.
On Friday several members of the squad – Declan Bell, Matty Johnstone, Darren Boggs, Jordan Hogarth and Lee McRae – paraded the trophy in front of a packed Netherdale stand.
