RACING fans in the Borders will be able to get the inside tips for one of the calendar's biggest festivals - straight from the horse's mouth.

Racing UK presenter Alex Steedman and an expert panel which includes eight times champion jockey, Peter Scudamore MBE, Racing UK expert Mark Howard and Kieran Packman from Timeform, will host a Cheltenham Festival Preview Night at the Tait Hall in Kelso on Friday, March 5, from 7pm.

Joined by special guests, including Scotland's number one trainer, Lucinda Russell of Arlary House Stables, attendees will get the chance to hear insider information directly from trainers and jockeys, gaining a valuable insight into one of the racing calendar's biggest and most anticipated festivals.

Tickets to this special Cheltenham Festival Preview Night, priced £10, are available to buy by calling 07955 253 554 or emailing lisa.horlick@btconnect.com

To make a weekend of this exclusive event, Kelso Racecourse will also be hosting one of its largest meetings of the year, The Premier Hurdle Day, which takes place from 12pm on Saturday 6 March. For more information visit: www.scottishracing.co.uk/kelso.
