SCOTTY Brand, a producer of delicious Scottish food including vegetable and soft fruits, visited Selkirk RFC and Gala RFC with leading players of London Scottish team ahead of the Melrose Sevens tournament for a coaching session and lesson in healthy eating.

David Howells and Craig McGrath took the young stars through their paces, and spent the day passing on some healthy eating tips and met their match on the pitch as the youngsters ran rings around them.

In the run up to the Melrose Sevens, Scotty Brand is taking full time rugby players on the road to visit rugby clubs in the Borders to inspire budding rugby players to eat a healthy balanced diet to improve their performance.

Scotty Brand products are available in supermarkets throughout the UK. For further information log onto www.scottybrand.com
