SCHOOL teacher Graham Marshall has been appointed as the new head coach at Selkirk Rugby Club.
The 55-year-old former Scotland flanker has previously coached with both Heriot's and the Scotland Under 18s team Marshall's appointment comes just four days after Peter Wright stood down from the Philiphaugh hot seat.
The Selkirk High deputy head will be joined in the coaching team by former Selkirk captain Michael Jaffray.
They will be assisted by Kieran Cooney and Fraser Jack, with Tom Ramage continuing as 1st XV team manager.
