SEVENS legend Waisale Serevi will no doubt be teaching young dogs new tricks as he turns out for Melrose at the weekend.
The famous Fijian will be joining a relatively young Melrose side at the Jed Sevens tomorrow as the senior players prepare to take on Heriots in the final of the Scottish Hydro Electric Cup at Murrayfield on Sunday.
The move will fulfill a life long dream for the 40 year-old, who said it was 'an honour' to play at the home of rugby sevens in April.
Coach Craig Chalmers told the Border Telegraph: "It'll be a great experience for the boys to play alongside him. They're looking forward to it, and I think they'll feed off him.
"It's a good team, and with Serevi and some of our more experienced players I think we've got a good chance of doing well."
