Melrose celebrate club's stars

MELROSE RFC held their first dinner dance and awards ceremony in the clubrooms on Saturday evening.

The night was a great success with in excess of 120 attending the event. Walter Todd is pictured being presented with an Award for Special Services to club presented by Scott Wight.

Other awards presented on the night were as follows: Player of the Year and Stuart Henderson Memorial Trophy - James KIng - presented by Paul Wardell; Storm Player of the Year - David Crawford - presented by Helen Dalgetty; Ladies Player of the Year - Nicola Halfpenny - presented be John Dalziel; and Young Player of the Year - Ian Robertson - presented by Scott Wight.
